This is one of the hotels we book most often for clients whose Gurugram trip doesn't revolve around Cyber City. When it opened in 2020, it was the first Holiday Inn in Gurugram, and it's held onto a specific niche since: guests working in New Gurugram, or those we're routing through the city as part of a longer North India trip. Knowing which of those two categories you fall into makes a real difference to whether we'd recommend it.
The hotel sits inside V3S Sapphire 90, a mixed-use complex with its own retail, a multiplex and a food court, on a Multi Utility Corridor with reasonably direct access to Manesar, the Southern Periphery Road and the Dwarka Expressway. We tell clients to expect roughly 45 minutes to the airport, and about 30 minutes to both Gurugram Railway Station and Huda City Centre Metro Station, numbers that matter more here than at a hotel closer to central Gurugram, since Sector 90 sits further out.
We book four main room types for guests here: Standard Rooms at 18 sq m for shorter stays, Premium Rooms at 27 sq m with a balcony, and Suites at 46 sq m with a kitchenette and separate dining and sitting areas for families or longer visits. Most categories offer connecting rooms, which we arrange directly when a family or group needs to stay together.
For dining, we point guests to Viva All Day Dining on the 16th floor, which handles breakfast through dinner with both buffet and à la carte service and a genuinely good view over the Aravalli hills, something few hotels at this price point in Gurugram can offer. Between meals, there's a rooftop pool and a 24-hour gym, and for anyone hosting a wedding or corporate event through us, close to 5,500 sq ft of banquet and meeting space that can handle a mid-sized function without needing to book a separate venue.

We recommend this hotel most confidently for two kinds of trips: business travellers whose work is genuinely in New Gurugram or along the southern part of the city, and travellers we're routing through Gurugram as an overnight stop on a Delhi-Agra-Jaipur itinerary. For clients whose Gurugram business is centred on Cyber City or Golf Course Road, we'd usually suggest something closer to that side of the city instead, since the drive from here adds time that a tighter schedule may not have room for.
